Mr and Mrs Fisher’s Wedding Day
Deeping St James Church – Golden Pheasant, Etton
Lincolnshire wedding photographer
Slice of Life Photography, Lincolnshire wedding Photographer, had the privilege of capturing Mr and Mrs Fisher’s special day.
I don’t really know where to begin with describing Amy and Jake’s wedding Day. It was magical on so many levels that is seems impossible to put it all into words, hopefully their wedding photography captures the magic perfectly.
Amy and Jake are school sweethearts and just perfect for each other in every way imaginable. Their wedding was fun, relaxed and so full of love that it captured the essence of them, their families, their friends and their relationship perfectly.
The wedding day started in one of my favourite Churches, The Priory in Deeping St James, followed by a fantastic reception at The Golden Pheasant in Etton. The Bride was accompanied by 5 beautiful Bridesmaids and 1 flowergirl, the lovely couples beautiful daughter, Hettie and well I lost count of the number of Groomsman that assisted Jake. The church was full to bursting with wonderful friends and family that had joined the couple to watch them exchange vows and celebrate their day.
We were able to take advantage of the lovely gardens at the church to capture the formal group wedding photography and some relaxed couple portraits of the bride and groom before heading over to the reception to join the guests for the celebrations.
The Golden Pheasant put on a fantastic BBQ reception and Amy and Jake did an amazing job of decking out the marquee with hale bales to create a relaxed country feel with plenty of room for everyone to gather round for the fantastic speeches. I can honestly say that the Father of the Bride’s Speech is up there in my top 3 favourites I’ve had the honour of listening too and the bridesmaid’s Poem was very moving. The formalities were rounded off with the first Dance and the amazing song written by the Band, Idle Empire, about Hettie. The Love and happiness throughout the day was clear for all to see.
Thank you Mr and Mrs Fisher for choosing me to capture your Day, Here is your story.
